TICKET INFO

IMPORTANT TICKET DETAILS

• This event is All Ages for GA (under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian) and 21+ for VIP with valid ID required upon entry.
• 8 and under allowed in for free if accompanied by parent/guardian, no more than 2 kids per adult
• Rain or shine. All sales are final, no refunds.
• Set times or date of event subject to change.
• There is an eight (8) ticket limit per order.
• Doors open 2PM EST

• Access to all general admission areas of the event.

• Access to 21+ VIP village with premium bar experience, shade, seating & views of the stage without leaving the VIP area.
• Expedited entry through VIP-only entrance lanes.
• VIP-only air-conditioned restrooms.
• VIP concierge services.

ADD ONS

The Large GA Locker Rental includes:

• Unlimited access to your locker during the daily event hours.
• Individual locker dimensions are 11” wide, 13 ½” high, and 18” deep.
• GA lockers can be purchased and accessed by any Ticket Type. If you have a VIP ticket, we recommend purchasing a Large VIP Locker Rental instead of GA.
• The GA Lockers will be located adjacent to the GA Entrance inside of the venue. The specific location is indicated on the Venue Map that is released the week of the show.
• No Transfers: Do not sell/purchase a locker to/from a third party seller - you must purchase through AXS.
• Items must be collected from lockers within 30 minutes of the end of the last performance. You cannot leave your items in your locker overnight. If you do, they will be considered abandoned property and they will not be turned into the Lost & Found.
• You will receive your locker assignment and lock combination via email about 24 hours before the event. This email contains all of the info you need to access your locker, so you can go directly to your assigned locker without first speaking with a member of the Lockers Team.

The Large VIP Locker Rental includes:

• Unlimited access to your locker during the daily event hours.
• Individual locker dimensions are 11” wide, 13 ½” high, and 18” deep.
• VIP Large Locker Rentals can be purchased and accessed by any Ticket Type except for GA. If you have a VIP ticket, we recommend purchasing a Large VIP Locker Rental instead of GA.
• The VIP Lockers will be located in the middle of the VIP area inside of the venue. The specific location is indicated on the Venue Map that is released the week of the show.
• No Transfers: Do not sell/purchase a locker to/from a third party seller - you must purchase through AXS.

COMMUNITY TICKETS

Queens residents (11368, 11355, 11375, and 11367 zip codes) are eligible for a 25% discount until June 30, 2025 or until allotment is sold out. Your zip code is your passcode! Supply is limited. First come, first served. The billing address must match the eligible zip code(s).*If you are not a resident of the specified zip codes, this order is subject to refund at the event’s discretion*.

GENERAL INFO*

• This event will take place at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, NY.
• Venue opens at 2:00pm. Park curfew is at 10:00pm.
• Rain or shine. All sales are final, no refunds.
• Set times or date of event subject to change.
• No re-entry.
• There is no event parking on site. Best way to get to the show is via train to/from Mets-Willets Point. Check out our Getting Here info for more details.
• Soulection in the Park is a Cashless event. Most major credit cards and contactless payment types will be accepted. If you only have cash for onsite purchases, visit the Guest Services team for help identifying if any vendors can accept cash payments.

EVENT ENTRANCE

• The Main Entrance to the event is located between the Unisphere and Astronaut Court. We dropped a pin for you in the map below. The Accessible (ADA) Entrance is located just Southwest of the Main Entrance.

GETTING HERE

• EVENT LOCATION: Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Queens NY USA.
• RIDE SHARE is not hosted from a specific location for this event. If you do choose rideshare to commute to the event, please consider:
  • Expect highest wait times from 9PM-12AM. There is another event taking place at Citi Field on this same night. Consider taking Public Transportation to avoid long wait times and higher rideshare costs.
  • Accessible (ADA) Rideshare Drop-off and Pick-up is designated in a separate location. Refer to the Accessibility / ADA page for more info.
• PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: From Manhattan, take the LIRR (From Penn or GCT) or 7 train (from Times Square or GCT) to Mets-Willets Point Station. From Long Island, take LIRR to Mets-Willets Point Station.
• Guests with disabilities that require the use of an elevator can take the 7 train to Flushing Main Street. Guests will then transfer onto a Manhattan-bound 7 train and exit at the next station, Mets Willets Point.

• What time does the show start and end? Venue doors open at 2pm and the show will end by 10pm.
• I am disabled, or have an injury - do I need to purchase Accessible Seating? We sell accessible seating via axs.com. These seats are available to any party that has someone requiring accessible seating, and the ticket purchase limit for these seats is the same as the purchase limit set for the other ticket tiers. • What does the venue accept as a "valid ID"? A current, government issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport, military ID) or a copy of your birth certificate, driver's permit, combined with a photo ID (e.g. school ID, gym membership)
• How do I buy tickets? Tickets are available for purchase here. All dates and times are local.
• I am disabled, or have an injury - do I need to purchase Accessible Seating? We sell accessible seating via axs.com. These seats are available to any party that has someone requiring accessible seating, and the ticket limit for these seats is the same as the limit set for the general public. Subject to availability
• I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund? Sorry, we do not offer refunds. You can resell your tickets using our AXS mobile app.
• Will there be food available? Food and drink options will be available throughout the day.
• Will there be free water refill stations? There will be water fill stations for you to fill your empty bottles. They must be plastic, 64oz or less, No metal, glass, aluminum, steel bottles allowed.
• How do I get directions to the show and where can I park? There is no parking at Flushing Meadows. Please plan on taking public transportation. From Manhattan, take the LIRR (From Penn or GCT) or 7 train (from Times Square or GCT) to Mets-Willets Point Station. From Long Island, take LIRR to Mets-Willets Point Station.
• Do you allow service animals in the venue? Licensed service animals are permitted into the venue.
• Do you have a lost & found? Yes. On show days, the Lost & Found is housed with the Guest Services team inside the venue near the Main Entrance. Please refer to the Venue Map for the specific location. After the event is over, refer to our Lost & Found webpage  for info on how to turn in and claim items.
• Will there be Lockers? Yes, reserve your before the show here. This is an outdoor event that takes place in a beautiful park with lots of grass and trees. The event is mostly held on natural terrain. Limited shade tents and seating will be available throughout the venue on a first come first serve basis.
• Are credit cards accepted? What about cash? Soulection in the Park is a cashless event. Major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB or Union Pay will be accepted. Contactless payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and contactless cards will also be accepted. If you show up with cash only, head to the Guest Services booth for info on purchase options.
• Will there be Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free food options? Yes. Check back closer to the event dates for info on food and/or reach out to us for info to support your dietary needs at fmcpevents@bowerypresents.com
• Can I bring Naloxone with me? Yes, Naloxone is permitted for personal use.
• Are cameras allowed in? Personal, non-professional cameras are permitted. No interchangeable lenses or tripods will be allowed.
• What if my question is so uncommon that I don’t see the answer here!? We’ll help ya out if you send us an email.
