Lose something at the show?

Our Lost & Found will also be hosted on-site on Monday, July 28th from 10AM - 6PM ET. If you find your item on our online inventory below, submit a claim and our team will instruct you to return to the event site to retrieve your property.

Where is Lost & Found and what are the hours?

On the day of the show, Lost & Found is hosted in the Guest Services booth and is open during show hours. For the specific location, refer to the Venue Map.
Lost & Found will also be hosted inside of the Main Box Office on Monday July 28th from 10am - 6pm.

I left the event. Can I get my item back?

If you missed us during our service hours but see your item on the posted inventory, submit a claim for it. Our team reviews all claims and may ask for more details before verifying ownership.
Once we’ve matched your claim, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return options: either in-person pick up on Mon Jul 28 or shipping to your home. Shipping costs will be at the owner's expense.

How frequently is the Lost & Found Inventory updated?

Items are added to the inventory within two hours of receipt.
If you don’t see the item you’ve lost, file a Loss Report.
A Loss Report will notify you up to 5 days after submission if a similar item to yours is received by our Lost & Found team.

I found something at the event. Where do I turn it in?

Take found items directly to the Guest Services/Lost & Found booth on-site.
DO NOT give found items to event staff or security guards.

I see my item! How can I get it?

If you’re still at the event during show hours, go to the Guest Services / Lost & Found booth. There may be a line, so we recommend submitting a claim for the found item. This will allow the Lost & Found team to ask for additional details to verify ownership, if necessary.
Once a claim is confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped. Shipping costs will be at the owner's expense.

I don’t see my item on the website. Is there any hope for me?

If you don’t see the item you’ve lost, file a Loss Report.
A Loss Report will notify you up to 5 days after submission if a similar item to yours is received by our Lost & Found team.

I think my item was stolen. What’s the best course of action?

We recommend reaching out to the New York City Police Department - 110th Precinct by filing a report here if you believe your item was stolen.
